Before becoming partners, Leo Makrimichalos and Cesidio Cugini had been in private practice since 1981 and 1986 respectively. In 1988 they became partners in the firm Apollonio Nightingale Quigley Makrimichalos Cugini, Architects/Planners, now known as Makrimichalos Cugini Architects. All the projects shown by this firm were designed under the direction of the two principals. MCA prides itself on it's team-player philosophy. Being involved in numerous joint-venture arrangements with other architects, we have found that partnering strengthens our team by providing an added value to the client and project while advancing the knowledge and experience base for each of the participating firms.
